How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Pieces shipping from within the US typically arrive 5–9 business days after that. The Anchor Coin (and the Anchor Set) ships from our overseas partner and takes about 2–4 weeks. Each product page shows its own estimate.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order to the United States, no minimum. You'll see the full total at checkout before you pay.
What's your return policy?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — then it's on us. Full policy
Which one should I start with?
If you like clicking a pen, start with a slider (Drift for the click, Summit for free-form tricks, Pulse Mini for the smallest). If you twist things while you think, get a spinner ring. If you want the most satisfying object on your desk, the Anchor Coin. Not sure? The Starter Set gives you one slider and one ring.
How do I pick a ring size?
Each ring is currently available in one size: Ridge Ring in US 9, Halo Ring in US 7. Check the size guide on the product page — measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear and compare.
Do they make noise?
The sliders are meant to click — that feedback is the point, so expect an audible click with each step. The spinner rings are much quieter. If you need something for a silent room, go with a ring.
