Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Times
- Most items ship from within the United States and typically arrive within 5–9 business days after processing.
- Select items are sourced internationally and may take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive. This will be noted on the relevant product page where applicable.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may occur.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays and Lost Shipments
A delayed delivery alone is not grounds for a refund. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order appears to be lost, contact us at tecchan4210work@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package, and will arrange a reshipment or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
